The Moroccan subsidiary of the aeronautical equipment manufacturer EADS plans to manufacture low-cost elements of the Airbus A321 fuselage, called 'section A14', in its Casablanca plant, APA learned from this subsidiary.
With this project, the factory plans to create forty jobs in Casablanca. 'This recruitment mainly reflects a strong increase in the technicality of metal assembly. This is why an adequate training plan has been put in place', explains Bruno Igounenc, General Manager of EADS Maroc Aviation.
The Moroccan subsidiary of EADS employs more than 200 employees and approximately 10 million dirhams have been allocated to this unit based in the industrial zone of the Nouaceur airport, located near Casablanca's Mohammed V airport.
It is involved in the development of three areas: metal assembly, the manufacture of composite parts with cockpit specialties, and the maintenance of military equipment.
