A Strategic Vision Marked by Change

Palmeraie Holding is changing its name to "B Group." This identity now symbolizes the "Family Office." Meanwhile, the two structures "Palmeraie Development" and "Palmeraie Industries & Services" will keep the Palmeraie name with a modern design and identical branding, in line with the group's new vision.
These changes are part of the new strategic vision of Abdelali Berrada Sounni's Group for 2020. This new roadmap, which includes a 5 billion dirham investment program, is based on three main areas: strengthening its leadership in quality and innovation; diversifying its businesses by developing new agribusiness, education, mining & quarrying sectors; and expanding the group internationally, particularly in Africa.
Thus, by 2020, the Group aims to consolidate its real estate, tourism and industrial activities to strengthen its leadership in Morocco and Africa and develop new businesses. "This new vision is based on a new organizational structure with the adoption of a strategic and family governance framework to ensure the sustainability of the Group and its current businesses, its lasting performance and the development of new promising businesses that naturally fit into national social and economic development policies," says the Group.
