As part of our continuous improvement of service quality, we conducted a satisfaction survey in July 2012.

This study, conducted by phone by an external organization, surveyed 366 clients and focused on 4 main themes:

- Advice, follow-up, and support provided by our teams
- Customized solutions offered
- New services offered
- Quality of services and benefits offered

For transparency, here is a summary of the main results.

95% of surveyed clients said they were "Very satisfied or satisfied" with our services.

Based on criteria of "Responsiveness, Commitment, Availability and Listening, Efficiency, Professionalism,Competence of support, Courtesy and Respect," the average rating for ReKrute's client service and representatives is 9.9/10.

83% said our site meets their expectations in terms of "performance, visibility, accessibility, audience, and ease of use." Many praised our rigor, seriousness, and availability.

These results honor us and encourage us to continue improving to meet your needs and provide the best possible service. We are currently developing a new version of ReKrute that will impress you with its speed, efficiency, content, and ergonomics!
