Webhelp Opens "Webhelp Careers," a Space Entirely Dedicated to Employment

Rabat, Friday, June 27 - Under the Presidency of Mr. Abdeslam Seddiki, Minister of Employment and Social Affairs, Webhelp Morocco inaugurated a new space entirely dedicated to job creation: the "Webhelp Careers" space.

Summer is shaping up to be busy this year at Webhelp! 1500 positions are to be filled by the end of 2014, driven in particular by the opening of 3 new sites in the fall (Rabat, Fes, and Agadir). This is therefore an opportunity for young job seekers. To meet this strong recruitment need, Webhelp is innovating by creating an open space accessible to the public, specially dedicated to job creation: the "Webhelp Careers" space.

The principle of Webhelp Careers: to offer applicants the possibility of spontaneously submitting their CVs, being received immediately, and receiving a job response within 1.5 hours. This new space will also demystify the recruitment process by offering them a place to meet with recruiters.
"During their interview, they can even benefit from personalized advice from our recruitment experts," says Saad Berrada, Human Resources Director.

Ideally located at 43, Ibn Sina Boulevard, in Agdal, Webhelp's new space has everything to put candidates at ease:
- a chic, cozy, and colorful nearby location
- a reception area with a television and interactive kiosks where future employees can learn more about the company.
- 4 rooms for individual interviews,
- Testing kiosks for taking live tests.

Webhelp recruits more than 60 candidates per week, mainly through its various internet platforms. This new recruitment space, "Webhelp Careers," is the physical extension of this digital presence and strengthens the link with the candidate. "It was important to create a place where the candidate finds the image, the identity, and the strong values of Webhelp that he or she has come to know through our various communication channels," says Philippe Broutin, General Manager of Webhelp Morocco.
