Join a major player in the Construction / Civil Engineering sector as an Account Manager H/F in our dynamic team in Casablanca. This position is a unique opportunity to develop your career in a stimulating environment.

Your main goal will be to develop and retain a customer portfolio by offering solutions adapted to market needs. You will be a true strategic partner for our clients, actively contributing to their success and the growth of our company.

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and present customized commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure their follow-up.
  • Analyze the market and identify trends to adapt offers.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Collections.

Required profile :

A Bac +3 level degree (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) is required, ideally in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.

Experience of 1 to 5 years in sales roles is requested. Initial exposure to the Construction / Civil Engineering sector would be a considerable asset.

  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Strong analytical and prospecting abilities.
  • Keen sense of customer service and business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Good knowledge of project management.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite & CRM).
  • Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
