Join a leading company in the Construction / Civil Engineering sector as our next Account Manager M/F, based in Rabat. This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and recognized company.

Your main role will be to develop and sustain the client portfolio in your geographical area. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and achieving the sales targets set by the company.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Identify and prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop an existing client portfolio.
  • Develop personalized and well-argued commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure their proper execution.
  • Provide regular reporting on your sales activity.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Debt collection

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in a commercial, sales, or export field is required for this position.

Professional experience of 1 to 5 years in a commercial role is preferred. Previous experience in the Construction or Civil Engineering sector will be a major asset.

To succeed in this role, several skills are essential:

  • Excellent prospecting and sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Strong sense of customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and organization.
  • Good command of IT tools (Office Suite, CRM).
  • Good knowledge of the local market is a plus.
