Job :

- Supervise and manage production staff.
- Optimize material consumption and production costs.
- Ensure production is carried out according to the manufacturing schedule.
- Ensure and monitor the good running conditions of the machine (speed, etc.).
- Ensure the machine is supplied with materials.
- Effectively manage manufacturing changeover times.
- Inform the Technical Department of any detected anomalies and ensure they are eliminated.
- Ensure the proper functioning of production machines.
- Check and validate daily production reports prepared by operators and team leaders.
- Ensure production objectives are met.
 

Required profile :

Knowledge: Master's or Engineer's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or equivalent degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles.
Skills: Technical knowledge (mechanics, industrial electricity, etc.); Ability to report; Analysis of technical constraints; Management skills, proficiency in French.
