Based in Casablanca, a multinational company in the fashion and lifestyle sector in the coordination of purchases and supply chain management.
Job :
The Quality Assurance Agent will be responsible for supporting colleagues and suppliers in respecting the group's and its brands' quality standards and processes, while ensuring that product safety and quality meet the brands' requirements.
Daily activities and key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) manager, team leader, QA team, and office team to streamline brand-related activities and integrate its values and processes.
Transfer knowledge of the group's standard quality operating procedures to suppliers, train them, and ensure they fully understand expectations.
Provide hands-on training on QA/QC procedures and conduct random checks.
Organize pre-production meetings and carry out inspections according to the daily schedule.
Identify the causes of production and quality problems to provide appropriate solutions and establish a zero-defect culture within the factory.
Regularly update the action plan for the manager.
Share and discuss inspection results with the QA manager and team leader; prepare and enter inspection reports into the dedicated portal.
Maintain constructive working relationships with all suppliers and teams.
Effectively represent the company's policy, codes of good practice, and work processes to internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring that product development and sourcing are carried out in a socially responsible environment.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile :

Highly organized person with excellent communication, interpersonal, and planning skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems.
Autonomous, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Solid understanding of fabrics, garments, and quality control criteria.
Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a new environment.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of experience in the Textile/Apparel sector
Experience dealing with European clients, preferably in the French market
Degree in a related field is a plus
Experience within a multinational buying office is a plus
Excellent communication skills and good command of French (oral and written) as well as the local language.
