Within the IT Consulting division, you will be involved in France (to be adapted for Morocco and Tunisia) and internationally in IT system transformation, architecture, and urbanization projects for our clients.
You will assist our clients in defining their IT strategy, modernizing their BSS/OSS environments, and evolving towards more open, modular, API-centric, and platform-oriented models.
Main activities:
• Audit telecom IT systems, particularly BSS/OSS, according to market best practices and recognized frameworks (TM Forum, ITIL, TOGAF).
• Contribute to defining IT master plans and transformation roadmaps in line with business, technological, and operational challenges.
• Urbanize IT systems and structure different functional and technical domains, including cross-functional repositories.
• Define target architectures integrating principles of modularity, interoperability, reusability, and agility for integration.
• Build IT transformation roadmaps, identifying priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and necessary resources.
• Lead the collection of requirements, frame problems, write specifications, and RFPs/RFQs.
• Evaluate responses to calls for tender, participate in selection phases, and contribute to negotiations with publishers, integrators, and technological partners.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate different stakeholders: business units, IT departments, architecture, operations, suppliers, and partners.
• Support the modernization of IT systems towards more "platforming", event-driven, microservices, and open models.
Contribute to co-building with our clients their augmented IT systems by integrating Data and AI for innovative IT services.
• Promote good practices in architecture, governance, security, exploitability, and observability in transformation roadmaps.
Required profile :
Ideally, you have 10 to 15 years of experience in telecommunications, with significant experience in IT system transformation, enterprise architecture, and urbanization.
You have successfully participated in IT system transformation programs with telecom operators, particularly on topics such as:
• CRM and 360 customer view
• unified order taking
• convergent offers
• unified billing
• customer experience
• order management / order delivery
• service order management
• modernization of legacy solutions
• launch of new offers and services
You have a good command of:
• IT system urbanization principles
• BSS/OSS coupling issues and orchestration
• standardization of exchanges and API integration
• IT transformation and strategic framing approaches
You also have good knowledge of several of the following elements:
• market BSS/OSS solutions
• standards and methods: UML, BPMN, TOGAF, TM Forum, ITIL, COBIT
• application architecture and enterprise architecture
• consulting practices, writing specifications, and analyzing calls for tender
An experience or sensitivity to the following topics would be particularly appreciated:
• service-oriented architecture, API management, microservices
• event-driven architecture
