As part of strengthening its teams, our client, a major player in mass retail, is recruiting a Purchasing Assistant to support the purchasing department in the administrative and operational management of supplies.
Your main tasks:
- Ensure administrative follow-up of purchasing files and operations.
- Participate in processing purchase requests and tracking supplier orders.
- Consult suppliers and follow up on quote requests.
- Compare commercial offers and prepare comparison tables.
- Ensure follow-up of orders, delivery times, and any necessary supplier reminders.
- Update supplier databases and purchasing tracking sheets.
- Verify the compliance of administrative documents related to purchases.
- Ensure coordination with various internal departments to meet supply needs.
- Participate in invoice tracking and processing any supplier disputes.
- Ensure the filing and archiving of documents related to purchases.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the mass retail sector is desirable.
- Good command of purchasing techniques and procedures.
- Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
- Rigor, organization, reactivity, and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
