As part of strengthening our social department, we are looking for a motivated intern to assist our team with administrative tasks related to employee management. Under the supervision of the head of the social department, the intern will be responsible for:
- Sorting, organizing, and updating employee files on Excel.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of administrative documents.
- Listing and sorting employee membership forms.
- Participating in the creation of a structured and usable tracking file.
- Contributing to the archiving and digitization of files if necessary.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Student in Bac +2 to Bac +5 training (Human Resources, Management, Administration, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Sense of organization, rigor, and discretion.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit.
