Within OINIS's IT department, the DIGITAL entity aims to design and implement the information systems and applications necessary to support the services provided by OINIS, particularly within the framework of the 5G MVNO CNaaS (Core Network as a Service) project.
Subject:
The Service Provider undertakes to perform all services described in the chapter "Description of Services" below, within the indicated deadlines.
Description of Service:
Within OINIS IT's DIGITAL entity and in collaboration with other OINIS departments and verticals. Design the components and models supporting OINIS's infrastructure, network, cloud, and services for digitalization, automation, and integration of business processes into a client's IT OSS and BSS ecosystem by introducing the modeling of new API interfaces and contributing to the definition of orchestration processes covering all business, sales, production, and operational journeys.
Expected Deliverables:
- Analyze and document the integration needs for Mobile 4G/5G services expressed by business units and BUs within a client's IT ecosystem
- Create a backlog of business functionalities to be integrated with a client, broken down into associated Services and Resources
- Work with OINIS, network, mobile, and security engineering teams and IT teams to define the data models for future digital Mobile Core services
- Define the specifications for service exposure APIs
- Design the IT processes for automation and complete management of the service lifecycle
- Develop UML diagrams describing the interactions between the different IT actors and components in the service chain.
- Model orchestration processes and work on their description in BPMN with development teams for integration into BPM engines
- Participate in the planning, definition, and design of end-to-end orchestration solutions, particularly during PI Planning days planned for this purpose
- Document defined architectures in a constant flow and keep the department's documentary repository up to date
- Ensure that the proposed solutions feed a continuous delivery pipeline and are operational
- Ensure the conformity of the defined architecture with the recommendations of the Urbanism department and make proposals for evolving these recommendations if necessary

Required profile :
Profile:
- Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 6 years of IT experience as a Functional Architect or Business Analyst
- Proven experience in 4G/5G mobile core networks for operators - Technical Skills:
- Mastery of the fundamentals of operator, enterprise, and mobile networks.
- Good understanding of the components that make up an operator's mobile core
- Good understanding of the services offered by a mobile core: voice, data, messaging, IoT, etc.
- Good understanding of SDN/NFV technologies
- Good understanding of the functioning of private and public Cloud infrastructures
- Understanding of 3GPP mobile concepts and standards
- Proficiency in IT Telco frameworks is appreciated: TMForum ODA, TAM, eTOM, MEF, etc.
- Experience in Observability and Monitoring is highly appreciated
- Solid experience in defining data models and designing Rest APIs
- Master the tools and standards used for IT architecture modeling: UML Diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, BPMN, DMN, etc.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Ability to read, write, and conduct discussions in English
- Teamwork and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in an international context with different cultures
- Good communication skills
