Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Category Manager. Based in Rabat, you will have the opportunity to manage a strategic category and significantly impact our development.

Your role will be to optimize the commercial performance and profitability of your area, ensuring the development of your product portfolio and strengthening our market position. You will be responsible for achieving the objectives set for your category.

On a daily basis, here's what your days will involve:

• Define and implement the purchasing and supply strategy. 
• Analyze markets, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing and partnership conditions.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from introduction to optimization.
• Ensure management control. 
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and propose corrective actions if necessary.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and management control teams to ensure flawless execution.

Required profile :

For this position, an education level of Master's degree or higher is required, ideally complemented by a specialization in Purchasing / Supply Chain or management control, Audit / Consulting.

We are looking for someone with significant experience, between 5 years and 7 years, in similar roles, ideally in the medical equipment sector or in a complex environment.
