• Support in the field of finance and financial engineering, and in the mobilization and management of financing;
• Monitoring and evaluation of management and performance indicators inherent to public services;
• Management of financing debts related to distribution activities;
• Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of public services.

Our company supports players in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groups of Local Authorities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).

Job :

We are looking for a profile "Officer - Data Engineering & Business Intelligence" with 3 years or more of experience in the field.

Main missions:

• Design and evolve data architecture, data models, databases, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts according to business and decision-making needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration, extraction, transformation, and loading flows (ETL/ELT) from various sources.
• Develop and optimize scripts, queries, views, and procedures necessary for populating databases, automate and supervise processes.
• Implement rules and controls to ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, and integrity.
• Identify and analyze data anomalies and collaborate with business and technical entities for their resolution.
• Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards with BI tools, and evolve the performance indicator platform.
• Contribute to the implementation of good practices for data governance, security, traceability, and data lifecycle management.
• Ensure documentation of architectures, flows, data models, business rules, and applied transformations.

Required profile :

Required education and skills:

• State Engineer Diploma (Or equivalent) or BAC+5 in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Science or similar.
• Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in Data Engineering, data integration, or Business Intelligence roles.
• Very good command of data integration tools (ETL/ELT) and data querying and processing languages.
• Good command of reporting and visualization tools (Business Intelligence) and associated calculation and modeling languages.
• Good knowledge of data modeling and Data Warehouse / Data Mart architectures.
• Experience in managing data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Knowledge of data governance and security principles and tools.
• Knowledge of business IT systems in the distribution sector (commercial, SAP, …) is a plus.
• Ability to work in close collaboration with other departments to integrate solutions and ensure their proper functioning.
• Ability to adapt to technological changes.
