Join our dynamic team in the Distribution sector in Casablanca as a Litigation Officer. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your legal expertise within a growing company, where your role will be central in managing and resolving disputes.

DUTIES:

• Opening litigation files
• Following up on litigation files with HR and regional managers.
• Following up on litigation files with lawyers.
• Preparing and updating detailed legal file tracking sheets
• Preparing and monitoring powers of attorney
• Preparing litigation file summaries for lawyers
• Preparing litigation file summaries for insurance
• Preparing litigation file summaries for experts
• Following up on litigation files with bailiffs
• Monitoring the status of rent payments for premises to be deposited with the court.
• Monitoring the aged accounts receivable for litigation clients
• Monitoring the status of collections for litigation files
• Representing the company in court hearings
• Representing the company to listen to and confirm complaints at police stations
• Retrieving or submitting documents at courts
• Preparing and filing complaints with the King's Prosecutor

Required profile :

Profile:
Litigation Officer
Minimum Bac + 2 in French law or French modern literature or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience

Required skills:
- Reactivity
- Thoroughness
- Good command of the French language
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Coordination and follow-up skills to close actions
