About the position

In the constantly evolving telecommunications sector, mastering the regulatory framework is essential to support the development of Maroc Telecom's activities and secure its projects.

Reporting to the Regulation Department, you will be responsible for managing the practical application of regulations within the various business units, based on the mapping of regulatory requirements. You will coordinate your actions with a network of dedicated contacts in each department.

Job :

• Operational Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the effective implementation of compliance by the relevant operational departments, based on the mapping developed by the monitoring/mapping unit, in close coordination with the contacts per department.
• Internal Procedures Governance: Ensure that internal procedures are systematically updated by their responsible units, with supporting evidence collected.
• Action Plan Monitoring: Ensure rigorous monitoring of compliance action plans and adherence to regulatory deadlines.
• Risk Management: Develop, manage, and continuously update the regulatory risk matrix.
• Reporting and Management: Prepare periodic reports (compliance status, risk map, key highlights, etc.) according to Group and management requirements.
• Awareness and Training: Conduct training sessions and seminars for the relevant departments to inform them about major regulatory topics, and raise awareness among operational teams about the importance of regulatory compliance, identified risks, and action plans to be implemented to eliminate any risk of non-compliance.

Required profile :

Education: Higher education (Master's degree - Bac+5) in Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Business Law, Telecommunications Law, or an engineering profile with a strong legal aptitude.
Experience: 3 years or more of experience in auditing, internal control, risk management, or regulatory compliance, ideally in the telecommunications sector or in services with high regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

• Mastery of risk management and compliance control methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills (training facilitation, change management).
• Rigor, sense of evidence, auditability, and traceability.
• Proactivity and critical analysis in evaluating regulatory vulnerability areas and optimizing internal control processes.
• Perfect command of French and English (written and spoken).
