• Support in the financial and financial engineering fields, and in mobilizing and managing funding;
• Monitoring and evaluation of the management and performance indicators related to public services;
• Management of financing debts related to distribution activities;
• Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of public services.

Our company supports stakeholders in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groupements de Collectivités Territoriales) and SRM (Sociétés Régionales Multiservices).

Job :

We are looking for an " IT Project Management and Steering Manager " profile with 3 or more years of experience in the IT field.

Main responsibilities:

• Define the scope of projects assigned: objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, organization, budget, and risk analysis.
• Gather and analyze business needs and translate them into requirements and functional specifications.
• Participate in the development of consultation documents, the awarding process, and the supervision of IT contract execution.
• Manage project execution: track progress, manage milestones and deliverables, make decisions through technical and steering committees.
• Lead IT system planning and master plan (SDSI), dematerialization projects, as well as integration and evolution of integrated management solutions (ERP/SAP).
• Ensure the monitoring of maintenance, support, and application maintenance contracts for deployed solutions, as well as managing evolution requests.
• Act as the project management contact for SRMs for projects carried out for their benefit and support change management with regional teams.
• Ensure the consistency of projects with the IT strategy and current governance, security, and architecture principles.
• Produce dashboards and reports on progress, risk analysis, and results measurement, and ensure knowledge capitalization related to IT projects.
 

Required profile :

Education and required skills:

• State Engineer diploma (or equivalent) or "BAC+5" State diploma in information systems, computer science, or similar.
• Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in steering and managing information system development, integration, or transformation projects.
• Proven experience in implementing and evolving integrated management software, particularly SAP (scoping, design workshops, configuration, data migration, testing, and maintenance).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (classic and agile) and planning and tracking tools.
• Ability to manage a multi-project portfolio, considering the volume and diversity of initiatives.
• Knowledge of software development and testing tools and methodologies to ensure the quality of integrated solutions.
• Ability to work in close collaboration with other departments to integrate solutions and ensure their proper functioning.
• Ability to adapt to technological changes.
