Job :
- Administrative management and follow-up of staff
- Payroll management and social declarations
- Operational implementation of the group's HR strategy
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations regarding labor law
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Act as a local point of contact for employees
Required profile :
- Holder of a Master's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Perfect command of the Office Suite
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Knowledge of HRIS tools is desired
