Job :

We are looking for a candidate for the position of "Officer - Security & Management of IT and Telecom Infrastructure and Assets".

Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the information system security policy and ensure the compliance of the IS with current standards and regulations.
• Identify vulnerabilities and threats to information systems and implement measures to prevent or quickly remedy them.
• Operate and administer security supervision tools (SIEM, probes, detection solutions), ensure the collection and correlation of event logs, and continuously monitor systems and networks.
• Analyze and qualify security alerts, conduct investigations, and ensure follow-up of incidents until their closure.
• Develop and apply procedures for managing security incidents and responding to attacks, and develop detection rules, dashboards, and security indicators.
• Ensure the maintenance and management of network and security equipment, as well as connectivity with various sites (Data Center, SRM, etc.) and telecommunications operators.
• Manage telecommunications systems (telephony, email, videoconferencing), monitor network performance, and provide technical support to users.
• Manage the IT and telecom assets and ensure the technical follow-up of service providers working on security, networks, and telecom systems.
• Raise user awareness about cybersecurity best practices and contribute to their harmonization and promotion, especially in the distribution sector.
   

Required profile :

Required Education and Skills:

• State diploma "BAC+5" (or equivalent) in cybersecurity, computer networks, or a similar field.
• Recent graduate or first experience in cybersecurity, security supervision, or network administration; significant internships in the field are taken into consideration.
• Knowledge of security supervision and detection solutions (SIEM, SOC) and principles of incident response and investigation.
• Knowledge of network equipment and protocols, perimeter security architectures (firewalls), and authentication, authorization, and traceability mechanisms.
• Mastery of information security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, etc.) and knowledge of current regulations.
• Knowledge of risk management, threat analysis, and vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in tools for automating and processing security data is an asset.
• Communication and training skills to educate users on IT security risks and best practices.
• Ability to work closely with other departments to integrate solutions and ensure their proper functioning.
• Ability to adapt to technological changes.
