Main Missions
Reporting to the Store Management, you will be responsible for the safety of people and property, as well as risk prevention within the hypermarket.
As such, your main missions will be:
Ensure the safety of customers, employees, and facilities.
Prevent malicious acts, theft, and unknown shrinkage.
Supervise surveillance systems and control access to sensitive areas.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and fire safety regulations.
Organize security patrols and follow up on incidents.
Coordinate interventions with security guards and external service providers.
Identify risks and propose preventive and corrective actions.
Required profile :
Profile Sought
Training in security, safety, or an equivalent field.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in large retail, distribution, or a high-traffic environment.
Good command of safety, fire safety, and risk prevention procedures.
Knowledge of video surveillance and combating unknown shrinkage.
Ability to manage emergency situations and conflicts.
Rigor, responsiveness, observation skills, and good interpersonal skills.
