Join a renowned bank, at the heart of the dynamic participatory banking sector, as a Business Manager. You will join a passionate team and actively contribute to the growth of the company's client portfolio.
Your main objective will be to develop and manage a portfolio of business clients. You will support these businesses in their financing projects, offering them solutions tailored to their needs. You will also need to build client loyalty by maintaining a close and trusting relationship.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Daily management of its business client portfolio, adopting a profitability approach to relationships.
- Developing its portfolio based on a commercial action plan agreed jointly with the business market manager and approved by the commercial director.
- Regularly monitoring and controlling the profitability and commercial performance of its portfolio.
- Preparing financing files.
- Centralizing and monitoring risks for the overall business portfolio under its responsibility.
- Ensuring the follow-up of counterparty risk.
- Maintaining the bank's good brand image.
- Managing partnerships with large companies, SMEs, and VSEs.
- Promoting and developing the Safa Akar Mihani product and preparing related files.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher, specializing in Banking/Finance Professions.
Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in managing a portfolio of business clients is essential. In-depth knowledge of the Banking/Finance sector.
Knowledge of participatory finance will be an asset.
Main knowledge required:
- Banking regulations,
- Company valuation and risk analysis,
- Analysis of companies' financing/investment needs,
- Product/service catalog and pricing,
