Born from the will to respond to the economic, political and social challenges of Morocco and Africa, theInternational University of Rabat (IUR) is the first public university with private management under contract with the Moroccan State. Founded in 2010, it has become since its first years of existence a model of an innovative institution conforming to the best international standards in the field of Higher Education and Research.
With more than 8500 students and participants in continuing education, the IUR offers a multidisciplinary training offer that covers the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Health Sciences, Human and Social Sciences, Management.... In terms of continuing education, the IUR supports public and private institutions in strengthening the capacities of their teams with diversified programs of Executive Masters, Bachelor's degrees, certificates that cover the sectoral strategies initiated by Morocco.

Reporting to the Dean of the College of Health Sciences, the communication officer's overall mission is to take charge of communication in all its aspects: events, social media, human resources...
Main missions Definition and implementation of a communication plan
Develop a specific communication plan for each establishment and entity of the College of Health Sciences, ensure its deployment and follow-up, in close coordination with Central Communication, which ensures consistency with the University's institutional strategy and orientations.
Define, in consultation with each manager of the College, the communication objectives associated with each event, action or project, and ensure their operational implementation.
Choose appropriate media and content based on the messages to be conveyed, while ensuring their consistency with the image and strategy of the College of Health Sciences.
Develop a regular summary of the College of Health Sciences' activities, in the form of a newsletter, according to a frequency defined in consultation with the relevant stakeholders.
Implementation, application and monitoring of communication actions
Translate the communication plan of the College of Health Sciences into operational action plans for each establishment and entity, in coordination with Central Communication.
Formalize needs and develop the briefs and specifications necessary for the implementation of communication actions.
Design and coordinate the production of communication materials and content, and ensure their relevance and updating.
Ensure compliance with the graphic charter and the institutional identity of the IUR on all materials and communications of the College.
Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders involved in communication projects to ensure the smooth execution of actions and compliance with deadlines.
Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness, visibility, and impact of the actions carried out.
Contribute to the measurement of notoriety, image, and satisfaction among the different target audiences, through surveys, studies, or barometers.
Carry out regular reviews and make recommendations to continuously optimize actions and the communication plan.
Enhancing the image of the College of Health Sciences
Promote the image of the College of Health Sciences through various formats (press releases, press kits, advertising campaigns...) and be a proactive force in choosing messages.
Master the e-reputation of the College of Health Sciences.
Develop each of the chosen distribution channels (website, social networks, trade shows...).
Communicate the work of the teams and the progress of projects to the target audiences by producing upstream communication (posters, invitations...) and downstream communication (thank you notes, summaries, information campaigns...).
Represent the College of Health Sciences by participating in various events.
Potential activities
Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with other teams.
Required profile :
Profile sought: Minimum Bac +5 level education with a specialization in communication or Marketing 3 to 5 years of experience in communication is desirable. Required skills: Technical skills
Mastery of various document writing and presentation techniques (journalistic style, web writing...)
Mastery of main office software, especially word processing and presentation (Office suite, OpenOffice suite...) and online publishing tools
Good knowledge of social networks and traffic analysis tools (analytics)
Knowledge of budget management and profitability monitoring tools
Knowledge of DTP software (QuarkXPress...), photo editing (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator...) and CMS (Content Management System) software
