Job :

Reporting to the Head of the Incubation and Entrepreneurship Department under the overall supervision of the General Management of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (CIE).

A. Animation, Deployment, and Monitoring of Incubation Programs

• Cohort Management & Sourcing: Participate in the operational deployment of incubation and acceleration programs, including sourcing, managing application calls, organizing selection committees, and onboarding project leaders.
• Operational Support: Provide individual and group support to students and project leaders (follow-up, first-level mentoring, guidance to appropriate resources, defining roadmaps, and monitoring progress KPIs).
• Animation of the Expert Network: Mobilize, coordinate, and lead the pool of mentors, business experts, coaches, and external speakers suitable for the needs of the supported startups.
• Quality Approach & Labeling: Ensure adherence to the department's quality standards (particularly the Afric'Innov approach) and prepare evaluation juries, demo days, and pitch sessions.

B. Ecosystem Animation & Community Building

• Community Dynamization: Animate, structure, and develop the entrepreneurial community of IUR (students, alumni, incubated entrepreneurs, investors, and institutional/industrial partners) through regular engagement activities.
• Events & Learning Expeditions: Participate in the design and logistical organization of key events, training sessions, hackathons, bootcamps, masterclasses, and learning expeditions of the CIE.
• Communication & Promotion: Contribute to content creation (social media, newsletters, success stories, communication materials) highlighting the CIE's activities and the achievements of supported startups.

C. Project Development, Calls for Applications & Financing

• Dossier Preparation: Contribute to identifying, preparing, and administratively following up on responses to national and international calls for tenders and projects.
• Reporting & Deliverable Management: Participate in preparing application files, drafting narrative reports, and rigorously tracking deliverables with funders and partners.
• Monitoring & Funding Search: Continuously monitor funding opportunities, competitions, grants, programs, and networks relevant to the CIE and incubated entrepreneurs.
• Synergies & Partnerships: Facilitate connections with funding mechanisms and work closely with members of the CIE team and the university's internal and external partners.

Required profile :

Operational Skills & Experience

• Education: Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University Master's in Management, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or equivalent field).
• Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years in program development, community building, entrepreneurship support, or within an incubator/technopark/SME support center.
• Methodologies & Tools: Strong command of entrepreneurial support tools (Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking, Prototyping, Pitching), office suite, and digital communication/community management tools.
• Project & Funding Management: Proven skills in community animation, supporting project leaders, and preparing application/funding dossiers.
• Languages: Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
