Join a dynamic micro-finance company, located in the heart of Rabat. We are looking for a talent for the position of Recruitment Officer to support our growth and shape our teams of tomorrow.

Your role will be essential in identifying and attracting the best talents to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will actively contribute to building a strong employer brand and optimizing our recruitment processes.

Tasks and Missions:

• Actively participate in defining recruitment needs in collaboration with managers.
• Write and publish attractive job offers on various channels.
• Source and identify relevant profiles through various platforms and networks.
• Conduct pre-selection interviews and assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
• Ensure personalized and quality follow-up with candidates throughout the process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment methods and tools.

Required profile :

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree (Bac + 5/4), ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training, is expected for this position.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in recruitment, within environments where mass recruitment is a major challenge.
• Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and job platforms.
• Organization, rigor, and proactivity.
• Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Banking/Finance sector is a plus.
