Job :
As a Purchasing Officer, your main responsibilities are:
- Conduct, coordinate and ensure the different stages of the purchasing process.
- Ensure the management of orders and contracts.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of the supplier service reception process.
- Ensure the execution of contracts and tenders.
- Handle various supplier requests within the framework of the tender process.
- Calculate supply needs and propose orders.
- Participate in negotiations related to contract execution conditions (price, deadline, etc.).
- Support UIR entities within the framework of the budget process.
- Implement market monitoring and supplier monitoring.
- Propose and present the purchasing schedule for the purchasing category managed.
- Ensure the updating of the supplier database.
- Participate in the supplier evaluation process.
- Manage disputes with suppliers.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent with a specialization in Purchasing
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in French, English is a plus.
