Job :

We are recruiting for our client, operating in the medical device production and sales sector, based in Bouskoura - Ouled Saleh, an HR Officer - Payroll & Administration.

• Manage complete payroll: collect variables, process, check (on Sage)
• Ensure personnel administration: contracts, certificates, leave, absences, personnel files
• Ensure compliance with social legislation and labor law
• Manage social declarations and relations with the relevant bodies
• Update HR dashboards and participate in social reporting
• Contribute to the improvement of HR procedures

Required profile :

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in payroll and HR administration
• Mandatory experience in payroll management on Sage
• Good knowledge of social law and labor legislation
• Proficiency in office tools
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and confidentiality
