Job :

• Welcome, advise, and support clients.
• Identify their needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
• Manage and develop the client portfolio.
• Market banking products and services.
• Process and track client requests and files.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve set commercial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Banking, Management, or equivalent field
• Experience in customer relations or the banking sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
• Commercial mindset and results-oriented
• Rigor, dynamism, and autonomy
• Good communication and adaptability skills
