Your main mission will be to ensure the commercial performance of your agency, optimize profitability while ensuring impeccable service quality for our clients. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and the development of our portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Management and motivation of the sales team.
• Definition and monitoring of sales objectives.
• Development and retention of clients.
• Operational and administrative management of the agency.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Insurance professions.
