Join our dynamic team in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER. Based in Salé, this opportunity places you at the heart of the commercial strategy and development of our network. Your main mission will be to lead the agency, ensure its performance, and build trusting relationships with our clients.
Your goals will be to ensure the commercial development and profitability of the agency, to achieve and exceed the set sales targets, to manage and motivate a high-performing team, and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with current regulations.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating all agency operations.
- Implementing and monitoring the commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Managing and developing an existing client portfolio, while prospecting for new clients.
- Leading, training, and mentoring the sales and administrative team.
- Ensuring regular reporting of activity to management.
- Guaranteeing the quality of customer service and efficient file management.
- Ensuring the proper application of internal procedures and insurance sector regulations.
Required profile :
Your academic background includes a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally complemented by a specialization in Insurance professions or a related field.
Significant experience of at least 20 years in the insurance sector is required, with solid managerial experience gained in managing an agency or a sales team.
To excel in this role, you possess excellent skills in team management, sales, and negotiation. Your sense of customer service is sharp, and you demonstrate great rigor and a strong results orientation. Perfect command of insurance products and commercial techniques is essential. You also have a proven aptitude for commercial development and the administrative and financial management of an agency.
