The Network Development Engineer provides strategic and operational support in managing the group's projects. As such, he/she actively contributes to the overall steering, coordination, and monitoring of network development projects, from the upstream phases to final delivery.
His/her main missions are as follows:
- Ensure operational and technical monitoring of ongoing network construction sites, ensuring that work complies with defined requirements;
- Carry out prospecting, consultation, and selection of local and international suppliers, in collaboration with the relevant parties;
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination between all stakeholders (manufacturers, architects, technical design offices, partners, and internal and external stakeholders);
- Take charge of the administrative and documentary management of projects (technical files, permits, reporting, contract monitoring);
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines, standards, and charters of the group's various brands;
- Monitor the financial aspects of assigned projects, including budget control, commitments, and variances;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and contractual commitments, by alerting and proposing corrective actions if necessary.
- Civil Engineering degree.
- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years.
- Organized, rigorous, and dynamic.
- Very good written communication skills in French and English.
