As part of the expansion of our Supeco Business Unit, we are looking for Regional Department Managers to support our development and manage our activities in the different regions of Morocco.
Missions & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Director, your main missions will be:
- Conduct ongoing competitive monitoring to identify opportunities and risks within your scope.
- Supervise, coach, and support store teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage the commercial, financial, and operational performance of your region.
- Analyze performance indicators and implement action plans necessary to achieve objectives.
- Ensure proper application of company procedures and policies.
- Support the opening of new stores and contribute to network development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the in-store experience.
- Develop team skills and promote a culture of performance and commitment.
Required profile :
- Graduated with a Bac+5 degree (Business School, Management, or equivalent).
- You have at least 6 years of experience in managing a profit center, ideally in the mass retail sector.
- You have held a Store Manager or Department Manager position with significant managerial and operational responsibility.
- You possess excellent skills in team management, performance management, and operational management.
- Geographically mobile, you are ready to work in different regions of the Kingdom.
