A large distribution group is recruiting Field Sales Representatives for its battery distribution subsidiary located in Casablanca and active for over 5 years in the Moroccan market.
Job :
Reporting to the General Management, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
Your duties will be detailed as follows:
- Management and development of the existing customer portfolio
- Prospecting and acquiring new customers in all regions of Morocco
- Participation in achieving the company's commercial objectives
- Follow-up of offers, quotes, and commercial negotiations
- Customer loyalty and follow-up of customer satisfaction
- Competitive intelligence and market information feedback.
- Participation in defining sales strategies and promotional actions.
Required profile :
You are motorized, based in Casablanca, and meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree +4 or more
- Age: 30 years and over
- Experience: 5 years ideally in the Energy and Distribution sector (battery sales)
- Mastery of IT tools: ERP, Excel, ....
- Personal qualities: analytical and synthetic skills, rigor, methodology, listening skills, and interpersonal skills
