Daily field management requires great agility. The main missions are focused on the following areas:
- Develop and retain a demanding client portfolio.
- Actively prospect new accounts to expand commercial reach.
- Conduct regular sales visits and ensure rigorous follow-up of ongoing projects.
- Analyze technical needs to provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company strategy.
- Manage the sales cycle from order to delivery and payment follow-up.
- Perform continuous competitive monitoring to anticipate market changes.
Required profile :
Training in sales, selling, or marketing provides the ideal academic foundation for success in this role.
Significant experience in the construction materials distribution sector is essential to understand the technical and commercial challenges of this industry. Prior expertise in areas such as wood, formwork, scaffolding, waterproofing, insulation, metal construction, gabions, or fencing is a major asset.
Beyond technical skills, personality makes all the difference. A good understanding of the construction market and natural interpersonal skills are essential. Expected qualities include:
