Job :

Tasks:
• Participate in accounting for supplier invoices and their analytical breakdown.
• Analysis and follow-up of supplier balances.
• Analyze and track turnover.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Participate in the analysis and accounting of depreciation and year-end provisions.
• Record and control the consistency and accuracy of payroll data (salaries, social security contributions, provisions, etc.).
• Participate in monthly and annual closings.
• Ensure follow-up of analytical operations related to supplier and customer invoices.
• Prepare profitability reports per project.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and their entry into Anaplan.
• Prepare documents requested by banks, statutory auditors, accountants, etc.
• Participation in account reconciliation and justification work.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or equivalent.
• A total of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a chartered accounting or auditing firm; initial exposure to management control would be an asset.
• Good command of Excel and ease in using financial and accounting tools.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is highly appreciated.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
