Our recent achievements:

Job :

Reporting to the Financial Department, the Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for managing and monitoring accounts payable in compliance with current accounting and tax procedures.

Main missions:

Ensure the recording and verification of supplier invoices.
Check the compliance of accounting documents and supporting evidence.
Monitor and analyze supplier accounts.
Prepare and execute supplier payments.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Participate in monthly and annual closing processes.
Manage fixed assets.
Participate in the preparation of tax and social security declarations.
Collaborate with various internal departments for the follow-up of supplier files.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the reliability of accounting information.

Required profile :

With higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Management (Bachelor's to Master's degree), you have significant experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

The ideal candidate has:

A solid mastery of general accounting and accounts payable.
A good knowledge of Moroccan tax and accounting regulations.
Experience in a structured environment (real estate, property).
Good command of Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and control skills.
A strong sense of organization and rigor.
High autonomy in managing priorities.
Good interpersonal skills and a developed team spirit.
A strong ability to adapt and a sense of confidentiality.
