Job :
Ensure the maintenance of general accounting and the processing of accounting operations.
Control, post, and justify accounting accounts.
Ensure the follow-up of accounts payable: control and recording of invoices, monitoring of payments and expense reports.
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
Prepare the necessary elements for tax declarations and regulatory reporting to Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM).
Perform accounting reconciliations, especially between accounting and payroll.
Participate in the preparation of audit files and the application of internal control procedures.
Contribute to the improvement and reliability of accounting processes.
Required profile :
Minimum Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, necessarily acquired in the banking or financial sector.
Good command of general accounting and accounting operations.
Good knowledge of accounting closing processes and tax obligations.
Proficiency in Excel and office tools.
Knowledge of regulatory reporting and Bank Al-Maghrib requirements is a plus.
Rigor, organization, analytical skills, and professional discretion.
