Your tasks:
Functional and technical evolutions (Project Management Office)
- Clarify and Analyze business needs, propose solutions for development, along with cost estimation and implementation planning.
- Carry out development and testing on different environments.
- Plan and monitor production launches with the operator.
- Meet project deadlines and budgets agreed upon at the start of the project.
- Handle technical obsolescence (updating component versions), Cloud migrations, and security vulnerability fixes.
Level 3 support for assigned applications
- Analyze and handle reports / Incidents, bugs, and requests.
- Perform advanced code analysis, develop scripts, and create fixes if needed.
- Manage the resolution of crisis situations (leading meetings, writing minutes, and tracking actions).
Report on the progress of tasks with all stakeholders
- Understand Orange's business processes and help the project manager to comply with them.
- Ensure a good level of documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Be proactive in improving Service Quality and using new technologies, including AI.
- Participate in team development and continuous improvement.
- Comply with the group's quality and security standards and processes.
Required profile :
Your Profile:
- Higher education in IT, with at least 3 years of successful experience in application maintenance (TMA), including development with PHP and JAVA languages.
Skills sought:
- Expertise in PHP development (~70% of the activity) and good level in JAVA (~30% of the activity)
- Proficiency in query tools, especially SQL, PL/SQL
- Experience with Shell / Unix scripting and database management, including Oracle
- Experience in handling security vulnerabilities.
Desired knowledge:
- DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (including Azure), and AI
- You are motivated to analyze code written by others, and propose improvements (maintainability, robustness, etc.)
- Independent and rigorous, you have good writing skills.
- Technological awareness, good interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
