Job :

Main missions:

  • Conduct video sales meetings with qualified prospects
  • Deeply understand the prospect's situation, challenges, and goals
  • Identify their real needs and decision criteria
  • Support them in their thinking by providing clear and structured advice
  • Present the solution in an educational way, adapted to their profile
  • Respond to objections with method and professionalism
  • Help them make an informed decision
  • Close the sale within the commercial framework
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of opportunities using internal tools

You will work exclusively with qualified leads provided by the company.
Your role is to support, advise, and guide, never to push.

Required profile :

Essential skills

Perfect command of French (impeccable oral skills).

Excellent verbal fluency, natural ability to argue and convince are essential.

 

We are looking for:

Experienced sales profiles: Closer, Sales, Account Executive, experienced Telesales Representative (B2B or B2C)

But also:

Professionals seeking a career change who are highly motivated, with a genuine interest in sales and a clear desire to perform.

Motivation, discipline, and the ability to learn quickly can compensate for a lack of direct closing experience.

10,000 DH net / month fixed
