Centrale Danone is looking for its new Management Controller based at the Salé Factory.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Reporting and cost monitoring
• Leading the management control process.
• Monthly and weekly analysis of the site's operating costs, respecting the reporting schedule set by headquarters.
• Preparation of dashboards and analysis of key KPIs.
• Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budget variances with different departments. Implementation of action plans (planning, coordination, management,).
• Monthly monitoring of investments with commissioning and supervision of sale and/or transfer operations and verification of CAR profitability.
• Calculation and updating of manufacturing standards.
• Rationalization of raw material consumption and daily reporting of the loss ratio with necessary explanations.
• Supervision and maintenance of the site's analytical plan.

Other responsibilities:

• Serve as the interface between the operational team and the accounting team.
• Ensure the completeness and timeliness of monthly accounting closing.
• Supervise and coordinate physical inventories of raw materials and finished products at the end of the month.
• Supervise inventories of spare parts (available stock and obsolete stock - once a year -).
• Participate in the factory's management committee meetings (CODU).
• Ensure compliance with the fixed asset tracking procedure (inventory, labeling, activation, disposal of end-of-life assets...).
• Comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Inform the Line Manager of any risks and anomalies, including those related to safety, and contribute to their resolution. 

Required profile :

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have a strong command of general accounting and management accounting.
• You have a strong command of costing techniques.
• You have a strong command of the budget management process.
• You have a strong command of management control techniques.
• You have a strong command of internal audit.
• You have a strong command of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• You have a strong command of ERP systems.
