Management Controller - Casablanca

Job :

Reporting to the Financial Department, your main responsibilities will be:

• To prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
• To participate in monthly closing and results analysis
• To prepare financial and operational reports
• To analyze the differences between actual results and budget, and identify the main factors of variation
• To set up and monitor dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs)
• To analyze the costs, margins, and performance of different activities
• To participate in the preparation of business plans and profitability analyses
• To ensure the reliability of management data and the quality of reports
• To collaborate with different departments to collect, analyze, and provide the data needed to manage the business
• To contribute to the improvement of management control tools and processes

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, Audit, or Business School
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Good command of management control and financial analysis techniques
• Very good command of Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or an ERP system is a plus
• Analytical mind, rigor, and organizational skills
• Autonomy, responsiveness, and ability to work in a team
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
