As part of strengthening its teams, our client is recruiting a Production Coordinator to ensure the coordination and monitoring of manufacturing and packaging activities, in compliance with quality requirements and production objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate manufacturing and packaging operations according to the production schedule.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), internal procedures, and safety instructions.
Oversee the daily monitoring of production activities and check the proper execution of work instructions.
Manage and coordinate production teams to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Track performance indicators, analyze deviations, and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that productivity, quality, and production deadlines are met.
Identify malfunctions and participate in the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
Ensure communication and coordination with the Production Manager / Director and the Quality Assurance department.

Required profile :
Profile sought:
Minimum Bac+2 education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Proficiency in production monitoring methods and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures.
- Analytical skills, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate a team.
- Immediate availability or within one month.
