Here are the different roles that work together to strengthen and grow our company:

Sales: As a true account manager, you will expand our reach in Morocco and internationally. You will be proactive with recruiters. As a major player in our growth, you will identify and report areas for improvement that help us move forward.

Marketing: With initiative, you will work on developing our range of products and services, ensuring their evolution through feedback from the field gathered by sales, and your market watch.

Communication: You will be responsible for our image in Morocco and internationally, design our campaigns, forge strategic partnerships, promote our presence at trade shows and forums, and organize key events for ReKrute.com.

HR: As an advisor to recruiters, you will provide your professional expertise to optimize the success of online recruitment.

IT: You will ensure the implementation of high-value technical solutions and support our innovative projects.

Management and Administration: You will ensure the financial balance of the company: bookkeeping, invoicing, debt collection, cash management, and general resources... your role is to optimize the smooth running of our overall operations.
