Mission:
The franchise advisor director advises, supports, and develops the franchise network in line with the group's strategy, ensuring the monitoring of the commercial, operational, and financial performance of the outlets.
Main Responsibilities and Activities:
Network Management and Support:
- Manage relationships with franchisees by ensuring regular contact
- Represent the franchisor to the franchisees and vice versa
Economic Monitoring and Financial Performance:
- Advise franchisees on interpreting their results (turnover, margin, profitability)
- Support in building the annual budget and managing variances
- Ensure the achievement of defined commercial objectives
Network Development:
- Identify new franchise candidates
- Participate in the validation of expansion projects
Compliance and Standards Application:
- Check compliance with commercial and technical charters
- Implement corrective actions in case of non-compliance
Training and Integration:
- Ensure the integration of new franchisees into the network
- Train on standards, tools, and group culture
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Education: Master's degree / MBA / Engineering degree
- Proven experience in large-scale retail or retail.
- Relational leadership and advisory skills
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented
