Job :

Join a dynamic company in the metalworking / steel industry as a Site Manager, a key role based in Casablanca. This is an opportunity to use your expertise to oversee all operations of an industrial site and actively contribute to its overall performance.

Your main mission will be to ensure the profitability, safety, and operational efficiency of the site. You will be responsible for achieving the strategic objectives set by management, by optimizing production and ensuring customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, from production to maintenance, including quality and safety. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets, and for human and material resource management. You will define and implement continuous improvement plans to optimize industrial processes and ensure compliance with standards.

• Supervision and coordination of all industrial site activities.
• Budget management and optimization of production costs.
• Implementation and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Management and development of operational teams.
• Relations with suppliers and external partners.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, an engineering degree is required, ideally complemented by a specialization in production, quality, safety, or maintenance.

We are looking for someone with solid experience of 10 to 20 years in industrial site management, ideally gained in the metalworking or steel industry.

Your natural leadership, your strategic vision, and your ability to make informed decisions will be major assets. Excellent command of industrial challenges, in-depth knowledge of production processes, and a strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams are essential. Proficiency in English would be a plus.
