Finance Director (M/F) - Casablanca

As part of its development, a company based in the Casablanca region is recruiting a Finance Director.

Job :

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the company's financial and tax situation and propose suitable strategic directions.
• Prepare the annual budget and financial plan in line with management's objectives.
• Manage cash flow and analyze discrepancies compared to forecasts.
• Implement and optimize administrative, financial, and accounting procedures.
• Review and approve legal commitments (contracts, agreements, etc.).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain continuous legal and tax watch.
• Coordinate administrative and financial departments, interacting with other departments (HR, technical, IT, etc.).
• Oversee management control (budgets, reporting, planning).
• Establish performance indicators and provide regular reporting to Senior Management.
• Analyze internal and external data to anticipate market and sector changes.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum in finance, management, accounting, or economics (additional training in law or HR is a plus).
• Proven experience of at least 7 years, ideally in a large organization.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
• Organized, rigorous, and responsive.
