MISSION:
Assigned to a Hypermarket and reporting to the Regional Director, your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the store you are in charge of, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Recruitment, monitoring, and customer loyalty
- Commercial promotion of the store
- Merchandise Management
- Team Management
- Store Asset Management
- Performance Steering
Required profile :
REQUIRED PROFILE:
With a Bac+4/5 degree in commerce, you have proven experience of more than 8 years, ideally in modern retail, including 3 years in managing a profit center, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to conduct negotiations
- Ability to steer the performance of the activity within its scope and monitor indicators
- Ability to maintain relations with authorities
- Ability to manage the store's assets
Leadership, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Analytical & Synthesis Skills, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Teamwork are the assets and key success factors for this position.
