Job :
A major player in mass retail, LABELVIE is looking for a Regional Director M/F to manage the performance of a group of stores, ensuring the achievement of commercial, human, and operational objectives.
Your main responsibilities
Deploy operational strategy
- Translate strategic directions to the regional level.
- Ensure a regular presence on the ground to support stores and guarantee compliance with the brand's standards.
Manage store performance
- Define objectives for Store Managers and monitor their achievement.
- Consolidate and analyze management indicators for your region.
- Analyze results and implement corrective action plans with field teams.
Operational Management
- Supervise, coach, and develop Store Directors and Managers.
- Participate in the recruitment of managers and support their integration.
- Develop skills, foster team engagement, and promote a culture of performance.
Ensure customer experience
- Encourage the sharing of best practices among teams.
- Guarantee a consistent customer experience in line with the brand's requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety, and hygiene in sales points
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Higher education degree Bac+5 (Business School, Master's degree, or Engineering degree).
- Proven experience in managing a store network or a multi-site area in Mass Retail, Retail, GMS, or FMCG.
- Excellent command of commercial and operational performance indicators.
- Significant experience in managing multi-site teams.
- Strong ability to unite, support, and develop managers.
- Results-oriented with a strong taste for fieldwork.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and management tools.
