Job :
The Application Technical Expert / BA works on critical industrial applications with a high level of functional and technical complexity. Their mission is twofold:
- Ensure the continuity of strategic projects, particularly the DOF upgrade.
- Guarantee the quality of solutions before their transfer to nearshore.
They work in high-visibility environments where autonomy and reliability are crucial.
1. Expert technical contribution (projects and RUN)
- Provide in-depth technical expertise on projects and industrial application RUN.
- Contribute to the technical and functional analysis of needs related to the DOF upgrade.
- Participate in technical choices and secure the version upgrade, testing, and production phases.
2. Support for internal teams
- Support teams during critical project phases.
- Provide Level 3 expert support: analysis of complex incidents, root cause, fixes.
3. BA Function: analysis and formalization
- Gather and formalize business needs and management rules.
- Act as the link between business and technical teams.
- Contribute to specifications, test scenarios, and acceptance.
4. Knowledge capitalization and transfer to nearshore
- Document technical and functional knowledge of the scope.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science with 10 years or more of IT experience in application delivery and enterprise endpoint management environments.

- In-depth application technical expertise in complex industrial environments.
- Proven experience in upgrades and migrations on critical applications.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and specification writing (BA aspect).
- Knowledge of the underlying technology for DOF.
Business knowledge
- Knowledge of industrial processes (production, maintenance, logistics, quality).
- Experience in transition or transfer to a nearshore team.
Soft skills
- Seniority, high autonomy, ability to work on high-visibility subjects.
- Good interpersonal skills with multiple and multicultural teams.
- Rigor, documentation skills, pedagogical approach.
