Job :

Reporting to the Senior Manager, as part of your duties, you will be involved in tax advisory missions entrusted to the firm.
You will be expected to:
• Conduct tax studies (tax optimization and security of legal structures, management of issues related to international taxation: transfer pricing, double taxation, etc.)
• Carry out tax diagnostics and audits and propose tax recommendations;
• Be involved in group taxation (Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructuring) ​​;
• Be involved in organizational assignments within the framework of clients' personal or wealth taxation;
• Conduct and follow up on tax audits and litigation procedures;
• Draft tax information intended for clients;
• Participate in updating internal tax documentation;
• Ensure tax watch for the firm's files.
Finally, you will be involved in missions related to foreign exchange regulations by handling litigation, specific authorization requests, etc...;

Required profile :

You have a higher education degree (Bac + 5 minimum) with a specialization in taxation, and you have confirmed experience of over 5 years in a similar position.
In constant contact with international clients, perfect mastery of French and English is essential.
With excellent interpersonal skills, your customer service orientation and listening skills are necessary to succeed in your mission.
Rigorous and organized, your analytical skills and writing abilities are the keys to your success.
