Job :

We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Force Trainer to significantly contribute to the development of skills and the improvement of our sales teams' performance.

This position plays a key role in strengthening the skills and effectiveness of our sales teams. The main goal is to design and deliver high-impact training programs, in line with our strategic sales objectives, to develop sales performance and ensure the application of best practices.

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of tasks aimed at supporting and developing sales teams. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing suitable content, and leading interactive and engaging training sessions.

Design and deploy comprehensive training modules for the sales force.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest areas for improvement.
Provide coaching and personalized support to sales representatives.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in sales and training.
Collaborate closely with sales management to align training objectives with the company's strategy and business goals.

Required profile :

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) is required, with a specialization in areas such as Business / Sales / Export, or Human Resources / Personnel Management / Training.

We are looking for a professional with significant experience of 10 to 20 years, ideally gained in a similar role or in sales management, with proven experience in skills development and sales team support.

Excellent command of sales techniques and commercial strategies.
Excellent presentation and training facilitation skills.
Good knowledge of adult learning principles and teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze training needs and measure the impact of training actions.
Proficiency in French and Arabic is essential.
